Week 1 of the Visitors Day Process - Fridays at 1:30 p.m. EST until April 17th It’s week one of the Visitors Day process, this week we are going to discuss goal setting! It is so important to kick off this week with good energy and lots of helpful tips for your members. On this call we will discuss why 40 and easy ways to find those 40 people for your members to invite. We will touch on next week’s homework and always have time for questions from you.
Week 2 of the Visitors Day Process - Fridays at 2:00 p.m. EST until April 24th
This week we will focus on one of our core values, ACCOUNTABILITY! In week 2 it’s important to hold your members accountable in a positive way. We will discuss strategies to doing that along with ways to encourage continual participation from your members. If you have questions bring them, we will allow extra time for some Q & A.
Week 3 of the Visitors Day Process - Fridays at 2:30 p.m. EST until May 1st
This week we continue to focus on accountability! However, in week 3 we also need to focus on what’s coming next. Next week all letters are due! On this call, we will go over effective ways to encourage your members bring in ALL their letters for mailing next week. And, as always, if you have questions bring them, we will have time to go over any questions or concerns you have.
Week 4 of the Visitors Day Process This week is when the fun really begins! Week 4 is when you mail the letters your members have worked so hard to put together. This week it is also important to talk with your members about follow up phone calls. On this call we will discuss ways to encourage all members to fully participate in making their calls. We have suggestions to fit anyone’s schedule. There will be time for Q & A .
Week 5 of the Visitors Day Process This is week 5 of the process which means your event is next week! This week we will be talking about why it’s so important to have members report out the names of RSVP’s. We will also discuss how this process will keep members excited to make their 2nd round of follow up phone calls. Be sure to bring any questions as well, we always make time to discuss them.
Week 6 of the Visitors Day Process This is the week of your Visitors Day! For this call we will focus on the importance of ensuring members arrive early and stay late! These little things help your chapter make a GREAT first impression. We will also discuss the hidden elements behind the entire meeting, things like providing visitors with introductions to other members, having an open networking topic, great education and how they can lock out their competition today!
